CASE VIEW is a collection of theme-based interviews. ET CASES, in continuation of its mission to enabling effective decision-making, assembles some of the best minds on a given topic. It is always interesting to see different perspectives on a given theme/idea as it would widen the horizons of the decision-making. Different managers are grappled with different and multi-faceted dilemmas and there is no quick fix for any of these dilemmas. However, when these managers have access to tried and tested wisdom available from some of the world’s best practitioners and researchers, it translates into not just cost and effort savings but also enhances the probability of being successful with a given approach.
