Solar Photovoltaic Systems Bring Happiness to Residential Societies

Everybody is stressed in Pune. Be it the IT employees due to their hectic working hours or those in the manufacturing companies trying to pass the quality checks. Management of an organisation is a herculean task. Likewise, management of a residential society stands parallel to the difficulties faced by industries. If you are among the management team of the residential societies and to filter the team, if you are the treasurer of that society, you have a very anxious and tedious task at hand. As a treasurer, you need to keep a tab on the expenses and the maintenance deposits each month. Moreover, you have to pay all the bills for the running of the society. To top it, if you are paying the electricity bill of the society, there are always the numbers dancing in your head as to how can you match the income and expenditure towards maintenance of the society.

The recent developments in Pune have seen the rise of high rise structures ranging from 7 storeys to atleast 12 storeys. These apartments have two most important components requiring many number of energy units in the form of lifts and water pumping systems. If they are functional, only then the buildings are functional; and electricity supply is what keeps them alive.................

Solar Photovoltaic Systems Bring Happiness to Residential Societies

Synopsis

Solar (Photovoltaic) PV systems are the mantra of the day for generation of energy through renewable resources. Although, the PV systems are existing since long time, their use has always been hampered by large capital expenditure and the operation and maintenance aspects. Due to such constraints, their use in India too has been restricted. The Government of India has also stressed immensely on the generation of energy through Solar PV systems to mitigate the energy deficit crisis. With this background, the propagation of use of Solar PV systems even in smaller communities is increasing and awareness is on the rise. With an aim to spread the knowledge about the Solar PV systems to help mitigate energy demand as well as propagating the use of green and sustainable energy generation, the present case stands as an effort in the same direction.
